Surrounded by mountains and pine-filled valleys of the inland of Alicante and shaped by good customs, at Elías Restaurant, we seek to embody the simplicity of traditional cuisine.

HERITAGE

Since its foundation by Elías Rodríguez and Antonia Abad in 1984 as a modest eatery, the restaurant has undergone a complete transformation while always preserving love and respect for traditional regional dishes. We carefully select high-quality ingredients from our own garden and cook them in the traditional way, directly over charcoal or vine shoots.

We house an extensive wine collection in our cellar, featuring wines and cavas from various designated origins. We take pride in highlighting the wines from the region, made from the native Monastrell grape, which is so characteristic of our land.

Enjoy your gastronomic experience in a welcoming environment surrounded by fig trees, olive trees, and almond trees that encircle the restaurant. Classic and noble materials blend harmoniously with a contemporary and neutral aesthetic.
